Products:
All prices display on www.gemsdynasty.com are in US Dollars.

All our product images are taken under natural sunlight and some are under lighting and flashlights which will be stated in the product description. 

As we are selling natural crystals and mineral stones, some of them may have imperfections such as natural crack veins and spots and they are very common among natural crystals and minerals stones. 


Payment:
We accept payment by Credit Cards and PayPal.

For buyers from Singapore who wish to pay via local bank transfer or cash on pickup, please contact us via our email address: miss_crystalbluesky@hotmail.com for appointment booking for self collection.

Shipping:
Goods will be shipped within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment. Goods will only be posted to the registered and verified address. All items will be shipped via Singapore Post Registered Shipping or DHL Express Shipping if your order amount is $150 and above. 

Once item is mailed, we will update buyer the status and provide buyer with a Parcel Tracking number for buyer to keep track of the shipping status. All items will be well packaged to minimize the risk of damage.

Gems Dynasty is not responsible for any import taxes/ duty on international orders or wrong address resulting mail delivery failure. Gems Dynasty shall not be held liable for any losses incurred by the buyer.

Returns Policy:
We concern buyer's satisfactions and accept returns if the item received is not as described or not meet buyer's need. Please notify us via email within 7 days from the day of receiving the package for full refund. Return postage fees will be bear by buyer. We will refund you once we receive the goods back in good condition. Please ensure item is well packaged before sending item back to us. Buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
